Kindergarten had a blast visiting the high school students today!
We learned about where our food comes from, did an activity, and enjoyed a delicious snack.
Thanks for having us!🌾

Wildfire Store
We are doing a Wildfire store as a fundraiser for the Elementary School. The store will be open through Logo Magic in Dickinson until Sunday, December 3. If you choose to have your order picked up, someone from the school will pick up all the orders and deliver them to the school. You will be notified when the orders arrive. Take a look at the store and see what new Wildfire gear you need! https://mottregentwildfire.itemorder.com/shop/home/

On Nov. 8, the 4th and 5th graders were invited to New Liepzig for Ag Day.

The 5th graders are enjoying their first experience with Amira, a reading fluency program.

The 6th grade class partnered up with Live Inspired 365 (a nonprofit organization out of Sioux Falls) to design stickers that included a favorite saying or verse that will encourage and/or lift people up. Congrats to Charlette Marxen & Sophia Doe as their designs were chosen! They each received a gift, and stickers with their design to share!

Grade 8 has been enjoying our new ELA series. We have gotten the opportunity to make creatures of our imagination and work on a graphic comic strip. We are a talented group!

On Halloween, the 6th grades made "Glow Ghosts" in science with glow sticks and different temperatures of water. They made predictions to see what one would glow the brightest, and found out that the glow stick in the warm water glowed the brightest because thermal energy sped up the chemical reaction within the glow stick! 👻

The 9th and 10th graders heard from Jim Upgren, ND DPI, this morning who spoke about the North Dakota Scholarship. Thanks for coming down from Bismarck, Jim!
