The six junior girls attended twp health-related career tours today! First stop was the Richardton Health Center followed by lunch and then CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson. So many careers, so many options!

There will be a Track pre-season Parent/Athlete meeting on Thursday, February 29th at 6:00 pm in the MRHS Cafeteria. It is highly suggested that parents and their athletes attend this meeting to alleviate misconceptions about expectations, meet scheduling, and additional information on the upcoming track season.

Wrapped up FFA week with another mini contest identifying tools, FFA Friday contests in the classroom, and blue and gold dress up day!






We would like to congratulate our Mott-Regent Math Counts participants: Rebecca Miller, Riley Boyll, Shaunie Mayer, Hannah Greff, Lyncoln Thomas, Eli Nasset, Max Manolovits, and Jocelyn Schaible. The 8th grade team took first place! The Chapter winners were Riley Boyll, taking first place, and Lyncoln Thomas coming in second. They will compete with southwest regional schools for a chance at state. Great job, everyone!




Happy FFA Week! We had a really busy day! We started with a mini contest where K-12 placing a class of Hereford heifers to earn a piece of candy. We then had Drive your Tractor to School Day! We had two contestants. Congrats to Jonathin Friedt 1st place and Sampson Swindler 2nd place. Finally we had a member appreciation lunch! Thank you to our sponsors! Farm Credit-tractor day prizes, plates, cups, and napkins. Dakota Western Bank-monetary donation towards the member lunch!









Celebrating farmers and ranchers for FFA week!










Happy National FFA Week! Dress up today was dress like a farmer! Our officers set out in to elementary classrooms again where Kindergarten and 2nd grade got to learn how agriculture helps make chocolate chip cookies and 3rd grade learned how bees dance! 9-12 got to hear from a panel of agriculture industry workers about their careers, agriculture experience and goals! Thank you to the panel members: Kristy Honeyman, Dante Anderson, Brandi Laufer, Darwyn Mayer, Jordan Kouba, and Julie Miller










March is Reading Month and the elementary students will once again have an opportunity to sell Raffle Tickets for our Quilt Raffle. The Gary & Tia Honeyman family has once again generously donated homemade quilts to be raffled off. All proceeds will benefit the school library. Tickets are $1 and will go on sale on Monday, February 26. The drawing will be held on Thursday, March 28 at 2:45.
Parents of Elementary Students:
All elementary students will have an opportunity to sell tickets. The top three sellers will receive a prize. If you would like your student to sell tickets, please send a note to school giving your child permission. Please call the office with any questions.
