
The Girls Basketball Team will be celebrating "Pink Night" on Monday, January 30, when they play Beach at the Mott Armory. They will have baked goods and some donated items to raffle off. All proceeds will go to the Cancer Center. Come out and support our girls and a good cause.

Second grade students that completed the December Wildfire Bookworm requirements enjoyed an afternoon of sledding!





It is time to renew signs in the Armory. If you have a sign on the wall at the Armory and would like to renew it, or if you do not have a sign and would like to put one on the Armory wall, please contact the school. The cost to renew or purchase a new sign is $250 per sign.

The third graders had a fun adventure sledding on January 19. Each student that completed the Wildfire Bookworm requirements were able to go sledding and enjoy hot chocolate and cookies.





We hope to see all parents at Parent/Teacher Conferences on February 2! Some of our teachers will be attending a National Convention that day, so they will not be here. Instead, the following teachers will be available in the building on Wednesday, January 25, from 3:30 pm -6:00pm: Title I, Grade 11-12 English, High School Business/Computers, 7-12 Business/Computers, 7-12 Math. Thank you for making these accommodations.

Please note one change to the HS Girls' Basketball schedule for today, January 19. There is no C game. The B game will start at 5:30pm.

REMINDER: There is a planning meeting for Reading Month/ Family Fun Night after school today in the conference room. If you are unable to attend, but would like to contribute any ideas, you may contact Mrs. Amanda Ebner at the school.

The 4th graders enjoyed an afternoon of sledding with the 1st graders. This was the reward for reaching their Wildfire Bookworm Reading goal.


Foods 2 students made Strawberry Shortcake and Lemon cake to complete their cake unit.

The 5th Annual Wildfire Season of Giving wrapped up with our delivery to the food bank this afternoon. In total, K-12 donated over 1450 non-perishable items to the Mott Food Bank and raised $516 for the Regent Food Bank! Congratulations to the ••5th graders•• and the ••7-12 teachers and staff•• for winning their respective competitions! 🔥


On Wednesday, January 18, there will be a planning meeting for Family Fun Night/Reading Month at 3:20 in the conference room. Parents and community members are welcome to attend to provide input. Please join us!
