The kindergarten class had fun making art with Myra, thank you for the art lesson!

We are so grateful for the businesses in our communities! Farm Credit surprised us all with ice cream sundaes today. Thank you, Farm Credit!









A Parent and Family Engagement Survey is being sent home to each family. We would appreciate it if you could fill it out and return it to school by next Tuesday, May 9th.

The 2nd grade has been learning about the Animal Life Cycle. Over the past three weeks we have been watching the life cycle of our own butterflies in the classroom. Today it was finally nice enough to release them outside!




The 6th graders helped the K class today with a very special Teacher Appreciation gift for next week!








Tickets for the Cafe Concert, "Rock of Ages" are now on sale. Performances are Friday, May 12th & Saturday, May 13th at 7:00 PM. There will be a Matinee at 12:15 on Friday afternoon.

Thank you to paramedic, Ben Boyll, for teaching our high school students basic first aid and CPR. Two classes had a session today, and the other two meet next Monday.




Scott Thompson, the "throwback shirt guy," will be coming to school on Monday, May 8, at 8:30am, to give a talk about school history. Parents are welcome to attend. Please sign in at the office.

Remember to sign your 9-12 grade student up for First Aid/CPR Training.
The Mott Volunteer Fire Brigade will be offering training for Grade 9-12 students in Basic First Aid and CPR. At the end of the two-hour session, the students will be certified through the American Heart Association. This is optional for our students to attend and will take place in the school building. A letter and permission slip was mailed out to all high school students. Please return the permission form to the office May 1.
This is a great opportunity for our students.

Chief Deputy Kyle Christenson from the Hettinger County Sheriff’s Office came to speak to the 8th grade health class on distracted driving, seatbelt safety, and driving violations.


Foods 2 learned the process of making homemade pasta.
