It's been Wildfire Day around here! 🔥 Both K-6 and 7-12 enjoyed their assemblies with lotsa good news to share. Ms. Friedt spoke to the 7-12th graders about fresh starts, new beginnings, and taking chances. Mr. Slayton shared the vocabulary.com standings with the elementary students. Both assemblies heard a sweet Halloween-themed song from the HS Choir and the 3rd grade class!



6th grade put their inferring skills to work today to solve "The Case of the Creepy Costumes"!





Saturday was the last day of the Haunted House. The Sophomore class did a great job working in it! Mrs. Krenz and the Sophomore class would like to thank Gary for allowing us to do it and the subs that helped us out!



7th Grade FACS students practiced their measuring skills while making chocolate chip pancakes.

It's another great day to help out in the community! This group of Sophomores helped move furniture today at the Mott Health Care Center in preparation for carpet cleaning next week! Thanks for stepping up for the community, guys!

Students and staff, grades 6-12, heard from 3 inmates today who are currently serving time at the Women's Correctional Center in New England on drug-related charges. In addition, we heard all about bringing Lyon to the Hettinger County Sheriff's Office and the important work he is doing in our county.

The Elementary Boys Basketball team will play at Taylor tonight, October 24. The first game will be at 4:00.
