Thank you to some of the FFA members on coming into the classroom to teach the 2nd graders about soy beans!

Alli Quinn won 1st place in the 5th-8th grade spelling bee. Our 5th grade class is so proud of her!

Two seniors attended a Broadband Industry Conference in Bismarck today. They learned about the internet, careers in the industry, and did 4 hands-on fiber optics stations!
Thank you, Consolidated Telecom, for sponsoring our students to attend this event! Mott-Regent was the only school to submit students for this event from the Consolidated territory this year. 🔥🔥🔥

A quiet day today but FFA students delivered stickers and suckers to the headstart students, it was "farmers day off" (even though we know farmers never get a day off 😉) for dress up so we saw tons of cool PJs! We also had our coloring contest for K-6, winners will be announced tomorrow so stay tuned!

What's better than making lefse on this cold day? Cultures & Cuisine class explored Norwegian cuisine this week.

Thank you Mott-Regent FFA, the first graders loved their ice creams!

2nd Grade enjoyed the story and ice cream. Thank you, Mott-Regent FFA! 😊

Emily and McKayla are checking on the progress of their mini-tornado.

FFA Day 2:
Today we are extra thankful for our community businesses! Today Dakota Western Bank sponsored donuts for our FFA members and Farm Credit Services sponsored an ice cream social! Our FFA officers also got in to some elementary classes to discuss water quality and genetics! Day 3 here we come!

4th grade students enjoyed ice cream on a cold winter's day. Thanks Mott Regent FFA!

The 5th graders made mini-tornadoes with Miss Friedt and Juliana Mayer. Happy FFA Week!

Two FFA members, Jozy and Kelsey, presented a slide show about bees. The students were able to do different types of bee dances.

National FFA Week Day 1:
We started the morning with a pep rally which featured 6 games! We then had our officers do some ag in the classroom activities that featured learning about soybeans and plant needs vs. human needs and natural disasters and how they affect agriculture and ended with making tornados in a bottle! Can't wait for day 2!
